The showroom features an array of various high-end, beautiful cars. Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My salesperson Sean was enthusiastic about the car and and patiently explain features and answer questions. Corey, in the business office, went over the paperwork quickly and answered any questions questions. There was certainly no high pressure sales tactics and the whole process was comfortable and easy.

Bought my second car from Freeman—another great experience! I recently purchased a Porsche Macan here, and again I couldn’t be happier. Austin helped me out—he was super friendly, never pushy, and really took the time to understand what mattered most to me— which I appreciated. One thing that really stood out: their cars are absolutely spotless. Every vehicle looked like it just rolled onto the lot—it’s clear they put a lot of effort into keeping everything clean and well-presented. I’ve now bought two cars from Freeman, and both times they’ve delivered great condition at a fair deal. Big shout-out to Austin and the team: thanks for making this process smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend Freeman if you want a high-end car without the hassle or pressure.

Recently purchased from Freeman Motor Company and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted but not pressured. We worked with Brenden and when we told him what we were wanting to look at he helped us with the exact car and didn't pressure us with other vehicles. Brenden was very knowledgeable and informative on our test drive and awnsered any questions we had. Colby in the financing was great to work with as well with no pressure to add extras. Both Brenden and Colby stayed over an hour after closing to make sure we got our purchase and didn't pressure us to come back the next day as we arrived after 5:00pm to look and test drive a car. Our experience was a breath of fresh air, relaxed and most importantly pressure free. We absolutely love our Mercedes C300 and recommend Freeman Motor Company for your next purchase!

Renee and the entire team at freeman were amazing to work with! Renee was extremely professional, an excellent salesperson, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They supported me getting a prepurchase inspection and even the mechanic I worked with mentioned how great this group is. Gave me full confidence that this was the place to buy from. Renee also was super quick and responsive as I was trying to surprise my wife. She is seriously the best! Finance and service were also very friendly and helpful with getting all resolved which I appreciate very much. I had a horrible encounter with a Kendall Toyota dealership in Bend and freeman motors in Salem were so much better in every possible way. Completely worth the drive and id recommend anyone in Bend make the trip for a much better experience in Salem. Thank you again to the entire team at freeman!

Thank you to the Freeman Motor Salem team for making our recent car purchase and trade-in a breeze. Marcus was great to work with and took excellent care of us, walking us through all of the bells and whistles on the new car, answering questions, and putting together a financing package we could afford.
