Customer Care Pledge - Our response to COVID-19

 

There continues to be many developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). While it has impacted some facets of life, we want you to know that the health of our employees and guests is of utmost importance to us here at Freeman Motor Company. 

 

In response to the guidelines set out by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, we have instituted a number of preventative measures to ensure the safety of all those who come into our stores

  • A vigilant cleaning schedule that goes above and beyond our outside cleaning services is one of the most preventative measures we can take for our employees and guests.  We have increased disinfecting customer touch points such as door handles, handrails, surfaces, facilities and created disinfecting stations.
  • Sanitizer stations are set up so hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes and gloves are readily available
  • All staff will remain a 6ft distance away from each other and customers with no more than 3 people in a 3000 sq ft space
  • An interior wipe down with disinfecting products will be done before each test drive
  • A printed map of the area will be available for unaccompanied test drives
  • Snacks or Coffee machines will not be offered or used until further notice

Additionally, we’ve made all of our staff aware of our sick-leave policies in place and encouraged any exposed or at-risk persons to make use of these policies.  However, we are staffed and are fully operational. 
We understand that many people want to avoid travel and public facilities during this time. We are offering remote services and have tools in place to take care of the majority of a car purchase remotely, minimizing the amount of time needed at the dealership to make a purchase. We hope the best for you and your family in this difficult and confusing time.
