What’s New for 2023?
The 2023 X7 gets a mid-cycle update that adds a more expressive front end, a new dashboard with a big digital display, and BMW’s most recent infotainment system. More standard equipment and innovative driver-assistance technology are also included in the largest BMW SUV. For the first time, BMW will also provide a set of 23-inch wheels. Updated drivetrains are also advantageous for the X7. The six-cylinder turbocharged engine in the xDrive40i now generates 375 horsepower (an increase of 40) and up to 398 pound-feet of torque (up 67). The terminology of the V-8 model changes from M50i to M60i, and it now boasts a new twin-turbo 4.4-liter engine and 48-volt hybrid system that are said to be a more effective combination.
