Bridge Meadows is a multi-generational community located in N. Portland and Beaverton where adoptive parents and elderly provide foster children with a true home, hope and permanency.

Hear the Cry works with local indigenous leaders to bring hope and a future to women and children through grass roots efforts in areas of need, including education, gender equality, micro/macro finance projects, child sponsorship and sustainable farming.
